Back in March, our Estimator Chris Messano was on a roof inspection in Fair Lawn, NJ where the homeowner was reporting multiple leaks in one specific area/section of the roof.
When Chris got out there to take a look, he recognized that the specific section in question was technically a LOW PITCH/LOW SLOPE roof. This low pitch section of the roof, however, had had shingles installed on it, instead of a proper low pitch roofing material. Chris identified this as the central problem and catalyst for the leaking, and proposed a solution that involved installing a GAF Liberty Roll Roofing System - a roofing system meant for low pitch roofs.
This solved the problem, and the customer remains leak free today.
